Case Study

Eversmart City

Eversmart City in Phoenix, AZ

The Client

Eversmart City was a concept project to design a sustainable, technology-driven urban community in Phoenix, AZ, built around a tokenized economy meant to support eco-friendly growth. Before any of it could be built, it needed real network infrastructure and economic modeling behind the vision.

The Challenge

Designing a city concept that had never been attempted before came with real, unusual problems:

  • No existing network infrastructure to build from, since the city itself was still conceptual.
  • The need for a tokenized economy to incentivize sustainable growth.
  • No foundational IT, safety, or security systems designed for future residents.
  • Integrating technology into a sustainable urban design from scratch, with no existing template to follow.

What We Did

404 Network Ninjas worked with Eversmart City’s team to lay the technological foundation the concept needed:

  • Designed a scalable network architecture meant to support everything from IoT devices to resident services.
  • Developed a tokenized economy model intended to reward eco-friendly behavior and support economic growth.
  • Created conceptual frameworks for IT, safety, and security systems built around resident accessibility.
  • Advised on how to integrate the technology into the city’s sustainable design without compromising either goal.

The Result

Eversmart City came away with a real technological blueprint ready for whenever the physical city moves toward construction: a network designed to scale, an economic model built around sustainability, and security frameworks designed with residents in mind from the start rather than added on later.
